Google sign-in for everyone, and New message keeps your files
Google and phone sign-in are ready for everyone, and both recover by themselves when a window or a picture check closes. Files you attach in New message survive a reload, people still loading look calmer, deleted accounts are shown as such, the blog lists the newest post first, and events are listed by when they start.Work & Circle

Sign-in that says what went wrong, and the newest changes first
When Google or phone sign-in can’t work, the sign-in page now says so and offers the emailed code, which always works. The changelog lists the newest change of each day first, and Kemble names people in more places.Work & CircleUploads that answer in time, and signing in right after an update
Every upload now gets an answer in time, even when our file storage stalls. Signing in from a tab opened before an update offers a Reload instead of failing, and someone whose name is still loading is no longer called a former member.Work & CircleUploads that ride out a busy moment, and real names everywhere
Uploads, and the files Kemble reads from storage for you, now wait out a busy moment at our file storage instead of failing, and Kemble names the people in your messages, threads, files and notifications — never “Someone” (except in streamer mode, where you chose to hide who is calling).Work & Circle

Large photos kept once, and a Trust centre that names every provider
A large photo or video sent in parts is now stored once, without the place it was taken. The Trust centre lists the providers Kemble uses, Cloudflare first, and emails and notices name people instead of “Somebody”.Work & CircleBig files that survive a dropped connection, and kemble.io on Cloudflare’s network
Files over 64 MB now upload in parts and carry on after a dropped connection, up to your plan’s limit. kemble.io is now served through Cloudflare’s network, and Kemble checks every few minutes that it answers both through Cloudflare and from its own server.Work & CircleKemble Desktop: pan, tilt and zoom your camera
Kemble Desktop 0.2.8 shows Pan, Tilt and Zoom sliders for a camera that can move.Work & CircleOne decision model that checks itself, and a camera you can move
Kemble’s decision layer now runs every check on one model, elephant, and checks each new version of it by itself. The console has a new Model usage section for every model Kemble uses, and Kemble Desktop 0.2.8 lets you pan, tilt and zoom a camera that can.Work & Circle
28 October 2026
A decision layer that only ever adds, and a website for every thumb
Kemble now has a decision layer, Baseten’s mammoth decision model, which answers typed questions with probabilities and never with text. It puts urgent reports first, reads Circle’s new Intent review rules, files scam message requests under Spam, warns on look-alike sign-in pages, adds a Decide step to workflows and sorts the contact form, and it never deletes, blocks or bans anything.SecurityA new kemble.io you can edit, and every activity its own banner
kemble.io is rebuilt on the new design, with a dark and a light theme, and every word, picture, link and page of it can now be changed and published from the console without a release. Every activity has its own banner, full screen keeps its windows and notices, and the camera settings say when a call holds 1080p lower.Work & CircleFairer deals, and Circle’s call bar as the owner drew it
Games now shuffle, deal and roll from ChaCha20 with a 256-bit key for each game. Circle’s voice rooms and stages get Invite, Pop out and Full screen at the call bar’s edges, a header with just the chat and one More, a captions language you can choose before turning them on, and an icon-only call bar on phones.Security
27 October 2026
Six more games, an activity shelf, and the new call bar on stages
Backgammon, Dominoes, Ludo, Tarneeb, Werewolf and Common thread join Circle’s voice rooms, and More activities becomes a shelf you can search. Stages get the icon call bar and one Record button, calls name everybody, 1080p is sent as 1080p, and every camera setting is in Voice & video too.Work & Circle

Sign in without a password: a code or link we email you
An emailed code or link signs you in and creates your account. Password sign-in, reset and change are retired; scripts that signed in with a password should use an app token.Work & CircleTwenty soundboard sounds, new rings, and only Kemble’s own sounds
The soundboard has twenty sounds, up from eight, the incoming and outgoing rings are new, and Kemble now always plays its own sound files, even offline right after an update.Work & CircleKemble Circle: every appeal can be answered, and moderation asks before it acts
An appeal against the owner’s own action, or a lone moderator’s, can now be answered as a self-review, and moderators can open a member’s record from any appeal or report.Circle

Accept or Decline a friend request from its notification, after you see who it is
A friend request’s notification now has Accept and Decline. Each one opens Kemble on that person with one button to confirm, so nobody is accepted or declined before you see who they are.Work & CircleNew sounds across Kemble
Message sounds, call sounds, rings and the soundboard now play a new set of recorded sounds made in one soft family of marimba, felt piano and glass.Work & CircleKemble Circle: reply lines keep the moderator’s name on small phones
A reply to a message a moderator edited folds its “edited by” note under the name on a small phone, so the moderator’s name is never cut to a sliver.CircleKemble Desktop: a web address opens one browser tab, and only after your click
Kemble Desktop 0.2.6 sends a web address to your browser only just after you click or press a key in that page, and one click opens one tab.Work & CircleKemble Circle: Back keeps your unsaved settings, and a calmer Join bar on small phones
Back no longer throws away unsaved edits in a settings screen; a community’s preview keeps its Join button and some messages in view on a small phone with large text; reply lines keep the names that matter.Circle
23 October 2026
Kemble Circle: channel settings that follow you, and name rule edits that reach voice rooms
Channel settings close when you move to another conversation; an edited name rule or a changed role reaches the voice rooms people are already in; a reply’s quoted words stay readable on a small phone with large text.CircleKemble Circle: Search this room, direct messages that stay yours, and a pop-out that keeps Mute and Leave
Search this room opens the search panel limited to the room; nobody can delete, gate or bulk-clear a direct message as if it were a channel; renaming into the name rule ends your voice rooms; the pop-out folds its controls at any size; /download offers the release the update feed publishes.CircleKemble Desktop: a floating call window, one push-to-talk key, and Streamer Mode while you stream
Mini window in Kemble Work and Pop out in Kemble Circle open a small call window that stays above your other windows; the desktop app’s push to talk can use the key you chose in Kemble; Streamer Mode can turn itself on while streaming software runs.Work & CircleKemble Circle: a pop-out that names your call, and room layouts that suit a short window
Pop out names the friend or room you are with, offers Share to the call and Go live, and explains a moderator’s deafen; a short window with a mouse keeps the desktop layout; Draw appears as soon as you are allowed to.Circle

Kemble Circle: stages that seat an audience, screens on the stage, and friend requests where you see them
Everyone arrives on a stage as a listener unless they are given the floor, a speaker’s shared screen shows for the whole stage, and a friend request can be accepted or declined from the profile card.CircleAccount security: one-time codes used once, reset notices, and tighter outbound connections
An authenticator code and a password reset link work exactly once even when sent twice at once, you get an email when your password is reset or two-step sign-in is turned off, and webhooks connect only to the address that was checked.SecurityKemble Circle: notes on friend requests, and notifications when someone adds you
A friend request can carry a short note, you are told when someone sends or accepts one, a ring says who is already in the call, and your own Mute and Deafen stay with your account.CircleKemble Circle: deleting a post takes its replies, posts open at your first unread, and zoom into a stream
A deleted forum post takes its replies with it, posts and threads open at the first message you have not read, a reply’s link opens at that reply, and a Go Live stream can be zoomed.CircleKemble Circle on your phone: your mute is yours, and invitations say who is already there
Only a mute you choose carries between calls, Join muted starts muted, a room invitation shows who is in the room, and Friends, room chat and sheets keep their words at the largest text.CircleNewcomers see only what came after them, everywhere, and videos lose where they were filmed
Where a channel withholds its earlier history, newcomers can no longer reach older threads, files, recordings or K Buddy summaries of them, and photos and videos in more formats are stored without their location.SecurityLarge text and screen readers: placeholders in whole words, and greyed choices that say why
Placeholders end on a whole word at any text size, a greyed choice says why where you can read it, and ticks show in high-contrast modes.Work & Circle
17 October 2026
Kemble Circle: mentions that wait for their thread, posts that open where you left off, and a menu on every joined thread
A mention in a thread or forum post counts until you read it there, a post opens at its first new reply under a NEW line, joined threads in the sidebar have a menu and their own @ count, and a forum’s cards draw spoilers and names as the post does.CircleKemble Circle on your phone: a mute that stays a mute, stages that fit upright, and Double-tap to react in settings
Muting before you join a voice channel keeps you muted, your mute stays on from one call to the next as in Discord, hold to talk never leaves the next call’s microphone open, and stages, sheets and the Friends list fit at large text sizes.CircleOther people’s words stay theirs, deleted polls go with their message, and newcomers see only what came after them
Deleting a list item or a canvas comment that holds other people’s words needs the same standing as deleting their messages, a deleted poll’s question and votes are deleted with it, and members who cannot read earlier history no longer see older polls or thread titles.SecurityLarge text and keyboard: controls that grow with your text, a website that follows your size, and named fields
Controls that combined a fixed height with your text size now follow it, the website’s text follows your browser’s size and its card titles break between words, and a voice room’s chat no longer covers Join room.Work & Circle
13 October 2026
Kemble Circle: mentions that clear when you read them, links that open the post, and choices about other people’s apps
A mention in a thread or forum post clears when you read it there, a deleted message’s mention goes with it, a link to a reply in a post opens the post at that reply, and you can turn off other people’s apps in conversations with you.Circle

Kemble Circle: a wait for new members, sounds in a call with friends, and mentions that keep their person
Stewards can make new members wait before they talk, the soundboard plays in direct and group calls, channel names keep their emoji, and a mention keeps the person it was written for after a username changes hands.CircleKemble Circle on your phone: drag communities with a finger, Data saving, and a call screen that stays whole
Hold a community on the rail and drag it, turn on Data saving, open a picture from a link in Kemble’s own viewer, and find every call control on screen with the phone on its side.CircleNotifications that respect a block, a hold and a slow website
Somebody you blocked or ignore cannot reach you with Notify anyway, a ring or an invitation, a connected organization’s hold on your phone is kept, and a slow link no longer delays anybody’s notifications.SecurityKeyboard focus that stays where you are, and live Activity
A switch, a radio or a button that saves keeps the keyboard’s focus, a Show more that goes with the last page hands it to what it brought, and Activity shows reactions, keywords and Link invitations as they come.Work & CircleChoose your username, and change it
In Kemble Circle you pick a username when you create your account and can change it from My account. Earlier mentions of you keep working.CirclePictures and videos from links, in the conversation
A link to a picture is shown in the message, and a link to a video or a YouTube video can be played where it was posted.Work & CircleCommand rules for message, person and palette commands
A community’s Who and where can now be set for each of an app’s menu commands, and a command kept to some channels no longer runs from a page with no conversation.CircleKemble Circle on phones: your communities in your order, a floating picture, and a question before a call
Hold a community to move it up or down the rail, keep watching in a small picture after leaving a room’s screen, and confirm before a call rings somebody.CircleLarger text and keyboard focus, tidied
With the browser’s text size doubled, the phone’s tab bar and Kemble Circle’s Send button keep their shape, and a keyboard’s focus ring is no longer cut by a scrolling list.Work & Circle
10 October 2026
Accounts on your phone: add, switch and sign out where they are listed
The workspace switcher asks before it signs you out, holds Add another account, and says when an account was signed out elsewhere.Work & CircleNotifications arrive once, whether Kemble is open or not
The open app and your device now agree on which of them shows each notification, and Send a test always arrives.Work & CircleApp commands with typed options
In Kemble Circle, an app’s slash command can take named options — a person, a channel, a role, a number, a choice — and the message box helps fill them.Circle

Kemble Circle: timeouts that hold, slow mode that counts down, and code that pings nobody
A timeout silences a moderator too and shows the time left, slow mode counts down from your own send, and names inside code notify nobody.CircleKemble Circle: a private category stays private
A moderator who cannot see a private category can no longer open it up, its name goes only to people who can see it, and deleting a category leaves its channels with the permissions they had.SecurityKemble Circle on a phone: photos, long messages, and permissions with Save
Picked photos wait in one strip, several pictures in a message form a mosaic, a long message counts down and can go as a file, and permission changes are held until you press Save.CircleA list that is still loading no longer says it is empty
Sidebars and member lists draw placeholders until their reads answer, a cold open no longer moves the page as its parts arrive, notices are quieter than errors, and the Send arrow points the right way right to left.Work & Circle

Kemble Circle: private channels and categories you can give to a role
Private in Kemble Circle now means what it does on Discord: Everyone is kept out, and the roles and people you add are let in — a booster lounge, a verified-only channel or a team’s category. Create channel and Create category ask who next.CircleKemble Circle on a phone: busy channels, raids and stages
Holding a message in a fast channel opens its actions; a raid’s joiners can be reviewed by when they joined; a raised hand’s question can be read whole; a busy channel says where unread begins.CircleA busy channel opens where you stopped reading
In Kemble Work, a channel with more unread than a screen opens at your first unread message, under the NEW line, and loads the rest as you scroll down. Only what you have seen is marked read.Work & CircleKemble Circle: new roles start at the bottom, and events follow who can see the room
A new role starts just above Member; roles that would outrank a moderator are never handed out by onboarding or self-assign; an event in a room you cannot see is hidden; a stage’s events are held by its moderators.CircleMaking someone an owner asks that it’s you
In Kemble Work, making someone an owner asks the acting owner to confirm with their second step or password; a Kemble Circle community changes hands only from its settings. A member made a guest no longer keeps other roles.SecurityPopovers keep the keyboard, and right-to-left choices read right
Tab stays inside an open profile card, picker or popout and Escape closes it wherever the focus is; a chosen value reads in the right order in right-to-left languages; every pointer target is at least 24px.Work & CircleWhat a Kemble Circle community needs to be listed in Explore
Explore lists communities at least a week old, with ten members, rules screening, raid protection and a second sign-in step for whoever runs them. Discovery & safety shows the checklist.CircleInvite to speak asks the listener first, and stages have Stage moderators
A listener invited to speak on a Kemble Circle stage chooses to join as a speaker or not now; a stage’s Permissions names its Stage moderators.Circle
