Kemble Circle: channel settings that follow you, and name rule edits that reach voice rooms

Channel settings close when you move to another conversation; an edited name rule or a changed role reaches the voice rooms people are already in; a reply’s quoted words stay readable on a small phone with large text.

Channel settings close when you move to a direct message or to another channel by Back, a link or a notification, and no longer reopen by themselves; Edit channel from the list still opens the channel it names. In the pop-out, Escape folds its extra controls without declining a call that is ringing. Jump to present moves up only for a reply in its own conversation, and an @everyone at the start of a forum post counts once on the channel.

Turning the name rule on, adding to it, or taking a role or channel out of its exceptions now reaches the voice and stage rooms people are already in, as does losing the role that exempted them. On a small phone with large text, a reply keeps a few words of what it answers beside the name, and a moderator’s edit mark or an app’s name stays on the line.
