Changelog: Kemble Work
Everything that shipped in Kemble Work, when it shipped.
November 2026
K Buddy does more when you say so and remembers what you ask, and apps can post tables and work with canvases and lists
K Buddy can now make a canvas, set your to-dos, fill a list, start a workflow and set up a channel — each only when you press it — remember what you ask it to, answer with tables and charts, add an answer to a canvas and sum up what you missed. Apps can post tables and charts, and work with canvases and lists.Work & CircleWorkflows that wait for an answer, dates in a canvas, and lists that keep their history
In Kemble Work, a workflow’s message can wait for an answer, and the people who manage a workflow can fix or take back what it posted. K Buddy can draft a workflow from your words, an archived canvas comes back in one press, canvases and lists can have co-owners, a canvas can hold dates with reminders, and list items keep their history.WorkSearch that reads your words, Links you can ask to join and share sound in, and channel insights
In Kemble Work, search adds the filters your words name as chips you can take off, you can ask to join a Link, and you can share your screen with its sound. Kemble Desktop leaves a call when your computer locks, and channel managers can open a channel’s Insights.Work & CircleActivity your way, a tidier sidebar, pictures you can edit, and Kemble for your eyes and ears
Narrow Activity to the places you choose and put your VIPs first, swipe a row on your phone, see why you’re in a channel and tidy the ones you never read. Choose what your screen reader says, a font that’s easy to read and themes with more contrast, and edit a picture before you send it.Work & CircleRetention by conversation type, approved networks and security alerts, and a calm screen when Kemble needs a moment
Admins of a Kemble Work workspace can keep each kind of conversation for its own time, with a month’s notice before anything goes sooner, choose how files work in each channel, export one person’s messages or chosen conversations, allow access only from approved networks and see security alerts. When Kemble needs a moment for maintenance you see a calm screen and stay signed in, and whenever Kemble steps in your workspace says so.SecurityKemble Desktop: ask K Buddy from anywhere
Kemble Desktop 0.2.10 opens a small K Buddy window over whatever you’re working in. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Space, ask, and open the answer in Kemble when you want more.Work & CircleYou choose whether Kemble counts your visits
Kemble now asks once whether it may count visits with Google Analytics. Nothing is counted until you say yes, and you can change your answer at any time.Work & Circle30 days to change your mind about deleting your account
When you delete your account, you now have 30 days to change your mind, and signing in again asks before it cancels anything.Work & CircleKemble Desktop: a menu at the top-left, and Check for updates in Help
Kemble Desktop 0.2.9 adds a menu button at the top-left on Windows and Linux, with Check for updates in Help, and Continue with Google now shows kemble.io.Work & CircleWho did what in the audit export, and recordings that stop early
The audit export now says who did each thing, a recording cut off halfway is closed and kept straight away, and K Buddy rests when nothing is happening.Work & CircleDeleted accounts shown the same everywhere, and a calm note for missing files
Deleted accounts are shown the same way everywhere, a file that isn’t there any more gets a short plain note instead of a whole page, files left behind by an unfinished upload are cleared away by themselves, and every file you upload is kept in Backblaze B2.Work & CircleSign-in follows your device, and New message keeps one whole draft
The sign-in pages follow your device’s light or dark theme, New message keeps one whole draft for each workspace, deleted accounts are shown as deleted everywhere, and with Reduce motion on, Kemble Circle’s member list moves together with the channel header.Work & Circle
October 2026
Google sign-in for everyone, and New message keeps your files
Google and phone sign-in are ready for everyone, and both recover by themselves when a window or a picture check closes. Files you attach in New message survive a reload, people still loading look calmer, deleted accounts are shown as such, the blog lists the newest post first, and events are listed by when they start.Work & CircleSign-in that says what went wrong, and the newest changes first
When Google or phone sign-in can’t work, the sign-in page now says so and offers the emailed code, which always works. The changelog lists the newest change of each day first, and Kemble names people in more places.Work & CircleUploads that answer in time, and signing in right after an update
Every upload now gets an answer in time, even when our file storage stalls. Signing in from a tab opened before an update offers a Reload instead of failing, and someone whose name is still loading is no longer called a former member.Work & CircleUploads that ride out a busy moment, and real names everywhere
Uploads, and the files Kemble reads from storage for you, now wait out a busy moment at our file storage instead of failing, and Kemble names the people in your messages, threads, files and notifications — never “Someone” (except in streamer mode, where you chose to hide who is calling).Work & CircleLarge photos kept once, and a Trust centre that names every provider
A large photo or video sent in parts is now stored once, without the place it was taken. The Trust centre lists the providers Kemble uses, Cloudflare first, and emails and notices name people instead of “Somebody”.Work & CircleBig files that survive a dropped connection, and kemble.io on Cloudflare’s network
Files over 64 MB now upload in parts and carry on after a dropped connection, up to your plan’s limit. kemble.io is now served through Cloudflare’s network, and Kemble checks every few minutes that it answers both through Cloudflare and from its own server.Work & CircleKemble Desktop: pan, tilt and zoom your camera
Kemble Desktop 0.2.8 shows Pan, Tilt and Zoom sliders for a camera that can move.Work & CircleOne decision model that checks itself, and a camera you can move
Kemble’s decision layer now runs every check on one model, elephant, and checks each new version of it by itself. The console has a new Model usage section for every model Kemble uses, and Kemble Desktop 0.2.8 lets you pan, tilt and zoom a camera that can.Work & CircleA decision layer that only ever adds, and a website for every thumb
Kemble now has a decision layer, Baseten’s mammoth decision model, which answers typed questions with probabilities and never with text. It puts urgent reports first, reads Circle’s new Intent review rules, files scam message requests under Spam, warns on look-alike sign-in pages, adds a Decide step to workflows and sorts the contact form, and it never deletes, blocks or bans anything.SecurityA new kemble.io you can edit, and every activity its own banner
kemble.io is rebuilt on the new design, with a dark and a light theme, and every word, picture, link and page of it can now be changed and published from the console without a release. Every activity has its own banner, full screen keeps its windows and notices, and the camera settings say when a call holds 1080p lower.Work & CircleFairer deals, and Circle’s call bar as the owner drew it
Games now shuffle, deal and roll from ChaCha20 with a 256-bit key for each game. Circle’s voice rooms and stages get Invite, Pop out and Full screen at the call bar’s edges, a header with just the chat and one More, a captions language you can choose before turning them on, and an icon-only call bar on phones.SecuritySix more games, an activity shelf, and the new call bar on stages
Backgammon, Dominoes, Ludo, Tarneeb, Werewolf and Common thread join Circle’s voice rooms, and More activities becomes a shelf you can search. Stages get the icon call bar and one Record button, calls name everybody, 1080p is sent as 1080p, and every camera setting is in Voice & video too.Work & Circle
