You choose whether Kemble counts your visits

Kemble now asks once whether it may count visits with Google Analytics. Nothing is counted until you say yes, and you can change your answer at any time.

The first time you open kemble.io or the app on a device, a bar at the bottom asks whether Kemble may count visits with Google Analytics, through Cloudflare. Accept and Decline sit side by side, and nothing is loaded or counted until you choose Accept. Your answer is kept on that device for a year.

What is counted is kept small: the kind of page you opened, never a conversation, a name or a search, and a few actions such as signing up, signing in or downloading Kemble Desktop. Google never sees your address, and your browser never talks to Google itself.

To change your mind, choose Cookie settings: at the foot of every page on kemble.io, in Kemble Work’s Preferences under Account, and in Kemble Circle’s settings under Privacy & safety. The privacy policy and the cookie page say exactly what is counted.
