App commands with typed options

In Kemble Circle, an app’s slash command can take named options — a person, a channel, a role, a number, a choice — and the message box helps fill them.

Options are written as name: value, for example /warn user: @ali reason: Late. The box shows each option as a chip that says whether it is needed and filled in, offers the people, roles and channels you can see, lists an option’s choices, and waits to send until what is needed is there. The server checks every value and tells the app only the id and name of who or what you named.

A community’s command rules — which roles may run a command, and where — now hold wherever an app’s command can be run: typed, from a message’s Apps menu, from a person’s menu or from the palette. A Kemble Circle channel can hold 250 pins.
