Kemble Circle: a wait for new members, sounds in a call with friends, and mentions that keep their person

Stewards can make new members wait before they talk, the soundboard plays in direct and group calls, channel names keep their emoji, and a mention keeps the person it was written for after a username changes hands.

Moderation › Applications has New members wait before posting, off until a steward chooses a wait. Until it has passed, a new member sees a countdown under the message box; moderators and anybody with a role skip it. A change is in the audit log.

The soundboard is in a direct or group call’s More, and sounds from people you blocked or ignore are not played. A conversation’s / list has the built-in commands, and a command with no channel to answer in answers you privately.

A channel’s name keeps its emoji. When two channels share a name, the one you pick from the # list is the one linked. Mention, Message and Apps are in every menu of a person. Stickers can be up to 512 KB and 300 frames, and a picture from a link up to 25 MB; a GIF page link plays its GIF.

A command’s file option sends the file to the app, never into the channel. An edited message, a scheduled one, a pin, a search result, a forward and a thread’s first message keep the people their mentions were written for, after a username is freed and taken by somebody else. Usernames that look like Kemble’s or K Buddy’s, and @silent, are reserved.
