Is Kemble Circle really free?

Yes. Community spaces run on the free plan with no seat charge. The paid plans exist for company accounts, where the seat count and the compliance features are what is being bought.

What happens when I reach a limit?

The action that would exceed it is refused, with a message naming the limit and the plan that raises it. Nothing already created is deleted, and nothing already working stops working.

How are members counted?

Only active memberships count. An invitation that has not been accepted does not, and a disabled member does not. The count is checked when someone accepts, not when you invite them — so you can invite more people than you have seats for and be told as each one arrives.

Can I move between plans?

Yes, in both directions. Moving down is refused while you are above the lower plan’s ceilings, with the specific ceiling named, so nothing is silently removed to make you fit. Cancelling is the exception — that is never refused. It tells you which ceilings you will be under when the period ends, and you keep everything you already have; you just cannot add past them.

How do I pay?

Talk to us. Self-service billing is being built; today a plan is arranged directly, which also means education and non-profit pricing is a conversation rather than a coupon code.
