Troubleshooting

There are two limits and they fail differently. A single file larger than your plan’s per-file ceiling is refused at upload. A file that fits but would take the organization over its total storage ceiling is also refused, and the message says which of the two it was.

Both numbers are on the pricing page, read from the same catalogue the server enforces, so what you see there is what will be applied.
