Undo brings back what Remove took, and an owner can hand over and leave

Removing somebody records their roles, and Undo or the audit log’s Restore puts back their role and the user groups that still exist and that you may give, then says how many came back. A workspace refuses a second channel with a name it already has, archived ones included, and says so as you type.

An owner who is not the only one can leave, or step down to admin from their own row in Members; only the last owner is asked to hand over first. Workspace settings › Channels sorts by name, members or last activity, finds channels with no messages in 90 days, and archives several at once. Data & retention has one retention control, with Custom… beside the usual lengths.
