Seven domain events got their producers back

The integrations API offered eight event types and exactly one of them — message.created — was ever emitted. The other seven were accepted, stored, and shown back to the tenant, and then never fired. An integration that looks configured and silently receives nothing costs a customer a day of debugging before they conclude the fault is ours.

All seven now have a producer: message.updated, message.deleted, reaction.added, channel.created, space.created, member.joined and member.left. The rule going forward is written beside the list — no entry without a producer, in the same commit.
