Sign in with a passkey

19 August 2026

Preferences › Account adds a passkey for the device you are on. Signing in with it needs no username: the device offers the passkeys it holds for Kemble and you choose one.

A passkey is already two things at once, the device and your fingerprint, face or PIN, so it does not ask for a two-step code afterwards. It is refused for a deactivated account or a suspended organization, exactly as a password is.
