A new Kemble Circle community starts with a voice room

A community made without a template now starts with two categories: Text channels, with #general, and Voice channels, with a voice room called Lounge. The welcome still posts in #general. A community made from a template keeps the template’s shape.

The built-in Member role of a new community can create invites, so the people already there can bring their friends.
