Invite to speak asks the listener first, and stages have Stage moderators

Invite to speak no longer brings a listener up on stage by itself. They are asked, and choose Join as a speaker or Not now; the moderator is told when they say not now. A listener who raised their hand is still brought up at once.

Stage moderators are the people with Manage channel, or with both Mute members and Move members on that stage. A stage’s Permissions has a Stage moderators picker that gives both at once, and the permission that read “Moderate the stage” is now called Mute members. A moderator who loses the right loses the invitations they sent.
