Incoming webhooks in Community settings, in the format chat tools already send

Each incoming webhook of a community is listed with its name, its picture and the channel it posts in. Edit changes all three; New URL gives it a fresh address and the old one stops working; Delete removes it.

A webhook’s address is shown once, when it is made or given a new URL: Kemble keeps only a fingerprint of it. Posts accept the fields chat webhooks commonly take — content, username and avatar_url — so a tool that already posts to a chat webhook can post here unchanged.
