Kemble Circle: private channels and categories you can give to a role

2 October 2026

Making a channel or a category private denies Everyone View channels, and “Add members or roles” lets in a role or a person; the community’s owner and administrators always see everything. Create channel and Create category ask “Add members or roles” straight after, and Channel settings and Category permissions list who can see it. A channel made members-only before keeps everybody in it when its roles are let in.

The audit log now says who was made a moderator or an admin, and who deleted somebody else’s message. A booster who leaves and comes back is a Booster again at once. An event’s “starts soon” is always said, by the community when its host cannot. Roles that share a position make room for a move by themselves.
