A channel’s own permissions

A channel’s settings now hold its own permissions: everyone can read it but only the team can post, a corner for one role, a person let in to one channel. What is set on the channel is the last word there.

Nobody can grant on a channel a permission they do not hold themselves, or set anything on a role above their own.
