• Canvases: documents that live in a channel or on their own, edited by several people at once, with comments and a history of versions.
• Lists: items with their own fields, assignees and due dates, as a table or a board, beside the conversation about them.
• Workflow Builder: steps started from a link, a schedule, a keyword, a reaction, a new member, a list item or a webhook.
• Shared channels: one channel shared with another organization, and nothing else of either.
