Delete your account from Settings, under Account, in Kemble Work or Kemble Circle. We ask you to confirm it’s you first. If you are the only owner of a workspace or a community, make somebody else an owner, or delete it, before you go. Asking signs you out everywhere.
Your account is deleted 30 days later. We email you when you ask, a week before the day and a day before it.
Changed your mind?
Sign in before the day, the way you usually do. Before anything else, Kemble shows the date your account is set to be deleted and asks what you want. Keep my account and sign in cancels the deletion and signs you in, and we email you to say so. Go back changes nothing: you stay signed out, and the account is deleted on that day.
Can’t sign in? Write to support@kemble.io before the day. Once we know it’s you, we can cancel the deletion for you.
What goes, and what stays
Your name, profile, picture, sign-in methods, devices and personal settings are erased. Messages you sent stay where you sent them, under Deleted user, because they are part of other people’s conversations. The privacy policy says the rest.
