Save as workspace template… on a canvas copies it as a template with a name and a line about it. Everybody in the workspace sees it on the Canvases page and in a channel’s add-tab menu, and a canvas made from it is built by the server. Admins rename or remove templates in Workspace settings › General.

In Kemble Work, an admin can save a canvas as a template, offered to everybody beside Kemble’s own.
