Choose Sign in with a QR code on the computer, then You › More › Scan QR code on your phone. The phone asks for the number the computer shows, once, and for your confirmation; the code works once and for two minutes. Where the phone’s browser cannot scan, its own camera opens the code’s link. A group conversation’s invite link opened while signed out now leads to signing in or creating an account for it, and lands back on Join.
