With “Include a preview” off, a notification’s title no longer names a list, an event, a canvas or the keyword that matched. Downloading an export of everything, widening who may join by email domain and installing an app that reaches the whole workspace ask you to confirm it’s you. Automated replies answer only members who are not guests, follow K Buddy’s switch and where it may work, and refuse hidden direction controls. Links you chose to trust are remembered for your account alone, and older status lines and titles with line breaks are cleaned when they are read.
Quieter lock screens, a confirmed download of everything, and automated replies kept to members
With previews off, a notification’s title leaves out what it is about; an export of everything asks you to confirm before it downloads.
