Kemble Work: workflows that reply in a thread or react, canvas updates in the channel, and archived lists you can open

Workflow Builder can reply in a thread and add or remove a reaction, a canvas tab can post its updates to the channel, and an archived list opens read-only for whoever may restore it.

Workflow Builder’s Messages steps now include Reply in a thread and Add or remove a reaction. Each takes a message from an earlier step or from the trigger, is checked again every time it runs, and acts as the workflow: the reply is signed by it and its reaction shows with the workflow’s name and an app badge. A canvas tab’s menu has Post canvas updates to channel, off until somebody who may change the tabs turns it on; the channel then gets one line about an edit at most every half hour, and only people who can open the canvas see its name.

An archived list opens read-only from the channel’s Lists window, a link or search for anyone who may restore it, with Restore right there. Duplicating an older canvas keeps its whiteboards and line breaks. Copies and exports of a canvas include what was typed a moment ago even when it is open on another server. Analytics counts the messages your people send in a partner’s shared channel in your own workspace. A webhook that stopped because the person who added it left now says so in the channel’s integrations. On a phone on its side, a channel’s tabs are in its More menu, and a direct message keeps the whole name in its header at large text.
