Catch up follows the conversations on its cards: a deleted message leaves its card, and an edit shows as edited. Home’s Threads tile says when a thread you follow has new replies.
At the largest text sizes, fields and placeholders say whole words that fit (“Find…”, “Message”, “Search”) instead of cutting one off, and the Preferences list wraps its labels. When the tab bar shows only icons, holding a tab, or reaching it with a keyboard, shows its name; Escape puts it away. On a phone held sideways, Direct messages, Later and a thread each keep a whole row or message in view, and a shared channel’s banner folds into the header.
Kemble Work now says “section”, as Slack does, for a group of channels everyone sees in the sidebar, including when one cannot be deleted.
