Each to-do has a bell, and its right-click menu the same choices: In 20 minutes, In 1 hour, Tomorrow, Next week or a time of your own. The reminder arrives in Activity and as a notification at that time, unless you ticked, cleared or moved the to-do first. A to-do made from a message can move to Later, and Later’s saved messages can move to Todos.
Activity has a From menu: People, Apps and K Buddy, each on until you turn it off, and Save view keeps your choice. Your own reminders always stay. Search finds reactions by the names you type in the message box, such as has::tada:, has::+1: and has::white_check_mark:, and still finds your workspace’s own emoji of the same name.
A first reply you schedule starts its thread only when it is sent, so cancelling it leaves nothing behind, and the draft you scheduled no longer comes back on another device. Mark unread on a thread makes Threads bold on all your screens, a reply that arrives in a thread you have open is read, and leaving a channel in any way — made a guest, taken out of the workspace or out of a shared channel — stops its thread notifications. At a large text size Catch up keeps its messages on a desk screen.
