Kemble Work: Link invitations respect timeouts, and whole names in member lists and share dialogs

Someone timed out cannot invite people into a Link, and nobody timed out or held by a name rule is rung; people’s names wrap instead of being cut in a channel’s members, share dialogs, Transfer ownership and a private thread’s members.

A member who is timed out, or held by a name rule, can no longer invite colleagues into a live Link. Anyone the call would refuse — timed out, held by a name rule — is no longer rung by an invitation, a call-only guest invitation or an event’s starting notice, and their timeout ending asks them in again.

With large text, names and usernames wrap instead of being cut in a channel’s member list and its details, a list’s and a canvas’s Share dialog, Transfer ownership, a private thread’s members, a group conversation’s details, the friend picker, a reaction’s people, an event’s responders and Blocked and ignored. A dialog’s title keeps its words whole where it can.
