Invite to Link now lists everyone else in the workspace under Others in the workspace, marked Call only. They are rung, can join or decline, and get the call’s sound, video and screens — never the conversation, its thread or its name. Their place ends when they leave, decline or the call ends. A 1:1 conversation’s Link can take a third colleague this way.
List items can be followed: you follow what you create, are assigned or comment on, and Follow item or Unfollow item is on every item’s menu. Followers hear in Activity and on their phone when an item’s status, a field or its comments change, never of their own change, and never with a comment’s words or a field’s value.
A member who may not share a channel with another organization can ask the admins to, and is told when they approve or decline. Admins can turn off forwarding, files or direct messages with one partner organization alone. The Workflow Builder gains Create a canvas, Add a canvas tab to a channel and Archive a channel, each using its author’s own rights. A channel’s managers can keep its topic and description to themselves, and flagged channels have their own Reports page in Workspace settings. A new account confirms its email address before it makes a workspace.
