Add a message to a list, clearer search chips, and a steadier phone layout

Any message can go straight into one of the conversation’s lists, search explains its who-posted-it and pinned filters, and Kemble Work on a phone keeps its titles, reminders and tables readable at the largest text sizes.

A message’s menu has Add to list… under Organize and in ⋮ More actions. It offers the lists in that conversation you can edit, names the item after the message’s first line, and the item keeps a From a message button that takes you back to it. Messages in a private thread are not offered, since a list item cannot point to them.

Search tips now explain authorType: and pinned:. Each search chip draws its own picture, so a person, an app, a pin, a forward, a sticker or a picture no longer shows a calendar or a smiley. In Analytics › Channels, Last message and reactions count people, not apps.

Leaving a conversation or pressing Discard while the browser is still asking for the microphone no longer starts a recording later. On a phone, the search page gets its title and Back to Home back once you leave the field. A chosen Todos reminder shows on its bell, and Analytics › Channels keeps the channel column in place while the numbers scroll. At the largest text sizes Send never sits over a tool, and a message’s action bar sits under the message so it never covers the name you are on. A screen opened large in a Link uses the call’s own Mute and Leave.
