New recovery codes, a notice when your data is ready, and your automations paused while a deletion waits

Two-step sign-in can make a fresh set of recovery codes, a finished copy of your data is announced in the app as well as by email, and a pending account deletion pauses what runs in your name.

Settings › Two-step sign-in has New recovery codes. It asks for a code from your authenticator app or a recovery code, unless this sign-in used your app or a passkey in the last 10 minutes, and every code of the old set stops working. When a copy of your data is ready, you are told in the app too — Kemble Work’s Activity, Kemble Circle’s Inbox — so an account with no email address hears about it, and the notice goes when the copy is deleted.

While your account waits out the 14 days before it is deleted, the workflows you published, your K Buddy routines, and the Kemble Work incoming webhooks, invite links and invitations you made are paused, and a message you scheduled for then is not sent. Signing in again cancels the deletion and they carry on. When the account is erased, its stored pictures, name recording and data copies are deleted with it; a group conversation’s picture you set stays with the group.
