When a guest’s access has an end date, the invitation’s email names the day, and the guest sees it under their name in their profile menu and under the workspace’s name. Taking Guest off a member clears the date, and an invitation sent again never outlives it.
In Access logs, a later session of the same sign-in is folded into its row only when it came from the same address and browser. One from a different address or browser is a row of its own, marked Same sign-in. Workspace settings › Members and › Channels now use the page’s whole width.
