Invite a guest offers Access ends, and a guest’s row in Manage members has Set end date, Change end date and No end date. The workspace’s owners and admins are emailed three days before. On the day the guest is deactivated — signed out, with what they wrote kept — the audit log says so, and the guest is told by email. An invitation with an end date lapses by that day. Nothing ends until somebody sets a date.
