The work
Kemble’s server is substantially built: several hundred endpoints, a real permission engine, voice over both a mesh and an SFU. The clients are where the product is won or lost, and that is what this role is.
What we look for
- You have built an interface that stayed fast with a lot of data in it, and you know why it stayed fast.
- You treat accessibility as part of the work rather than a pass at the end.
- You would rather delete a feature than ship one that half-works.
We will ask you to read some of our code and tell us what is wrong with it. There is plenty.
